The Independent Electoral Commission of Kenya (IEBC) is hiring an external, independent company to evaluate -in a neutral, non-biased way- the communication systems used during elections this year.
The audit will assess the electronic transmission of results, performance of voter identification devices, infrastructure capacities and skill in contracting procedures.
