President of the Panamanian Society of Engineers and Architects (SPIA), Horacio Robles, described the electronic voting system as “efficient” after it was used for the SPIA’s Board of Directors elections.
After assessing and overseeing the whole process, Robles pointed out that the results were revealed just five minutes after casting of votes ended.
And he also commented the system “left no place for doubts”.
