The Bolivar Institute polling center has been chosen to implement electronic voting for the May 4 Panamanian elections.
The polling center will host 5,800 voters, who will have the option of voting either manually or electronically at one of its 12 polling stations. This will give voters the chance to compare both methods of voting.
