The province of Azuay, Ecuador will use e-voting during the elections set for February, 2014, according to a declaration made by the country’s National Electoral Council’s Plenary Session.
In the words of the CNE’s Strategic Management Coordinator, Diego Tello: “The technological conditions in this province are adequate to launch the flagship project involving 600,000 inhabitants on the electoral roll.”
