Party consultations will take place on the 30th of September in Colombia. Electronic vote will be used in approximately 33 polling stations, where voting devices with biometric security will be used to guarantee vote security.
This pilot plan is a prelude to the general elections which will take place in the country in 2014, when the electronic vote will be mandatory in the entire national territory.
