Madhav Kumar Nepal declared that electronic voting machines should be used to ensure that the Constituent Assembly Elections are free and fair.
During his intervention on a program in Gaur, the former prime minister also emphasized the need to reduce the size of the 601-member Constituent Assembly and set a date for the elections as soon as possible, after the reduction is made.
