The Pakistani Institute for Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT) has recently suggested that the Pakistani Electoral Commission (CEP) should introduce e-voting to reduce the possibility of human error during scrutiny to an absolute minimum.
The director of PILDAT, Ahmed Bilal Mehbud, urged the CEP and electoral authorities to make the most of the technology available to identify ghost voters and avoid other vulnerabilities that can occur when using manual voting systems.
