Carlos Rovira was head of the new technology tools exhibition, which will be available to legislators from the 1st of May. Also, the assistants were informed about the most relevant aspects of what electronic voting will be.
The aim is to gradually implement the use of electronic voting until the legislators master its use, and the head of the “missionary parliament” (parlamento misionero) expressed his intention to make the system available for the quorum during the inauguration session of the legislative period.
Computer specialists from the office explained that this system allows to optimise paper usage, the quorum calculations and the result of each one of the votes.
The electronic vote will start on the 1st of May session in Misiones, Argentina
