The General Consulate of Dubai (United Arab Emirates) is prepared to allow Filipinos living in that country to participate in legislative elections from Saturday, April 13 until May 13.
Three years after its implementation in the Philippines, electronic voting will be tested for the first time in that Oriental country. According to statements from Vice-consul Gerónimo Suliguin, all equipment has been tested with accuracy, so absentee elections are ready to begin.
