In order to modernize and speed up their upcoming electoral processes, the Peruvian government is seeking to implement electronic voting on a national scale and join the successful experience of neighbouring countries Venezuela and Brazil.

President of the National Jury of Elections and an advocate of electronic voting Francisco Távara pointed out that with electronic voting, Peruvians will have their results much faster, while preserving transparency and respecting the will of the electors.
